Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our contact page or by email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
